REUTERS\/Martin Acost<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>El fiscal ante la C\u00e1mara de Casaci\u00f3n Penal Ra\u00fal Ple\u00e9 pidi\u00f3 seguir investigando al exvicepresidente Amado Boudou por haber introducido datos falsos en su documento de identidad.<br \/>\nAnte el Tribunal, la Fiscal\u00eda reclam\u00f3 se revoque el sobreseimiento dictado por la C\u00e1mara Federal a favor de Boudou a quien se acusa de haber introducido en su DNI un domicilio del barrio porte\u00f1o de de Villa Urquiza donde nunca se acredit\u00f3 que vivi\u00f3.<br \/>\nLa causa est\u00e1 en poder del juez federal Ariel Lijo, quien tambi\u00e9n lo tiene procesado a Boudou en el caso por la compra venta de la ex Ciccone Calcogr\u00e1fica, y Boudou fue sobrese\u00eddo ante un fallo de la C\u00e1mara Federal.<br \/>\nEn su requerimiento, el fiscal Pl\u00e9e dijo que debe investigarse a Boudou por el art\u00edculo 293 del C\u00f3digo Penal que prev\u00e9 de uno a seis a\u00f1os al que \"insertare o hiciere insertar en un instrumento p\u00fablico declaraciones falsas, concernientes a un hecho que el documento deba probar, de modo que pueda resultar perjuicio\".<br \/>\nLa causa se inici\u00f3 a partir de que Boudou utilizara ese DNI para comprar un veh\u00edculo marca Audi modelo A4: se trata del veh\u00edculo que fuera usado la entonces novia del exvicepresidente, Agustina K\u00e4mpfer, en 2014, cuando fue v\u00edctima de un robo de elementos que ten\u00eda en su interior.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El fiscal ante la C\u00e1mara de Casaci\u00f3n Penal Ra\u00fal Ple\u00e9 pidi\u00f3 seguir investigando al exvicepresidente Amado Boudou por haber introducido datos falsos en su documento de identidad.
