El referente provincial transitaba una enfermedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garc\u00eda Goyena se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os como diputado provincial, funcionario provincial y funcionario municipal, siendo el \u00faltimo cargo de relevancia que ocup\u00f3 el de secretario de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Gobierno Abierto, en el Ejecutivo juje\u00f1o.Posteriormente, en el\u00a0<strong>2016 asumi\u00f3 como Secretario de Gobierno en el mandato de Gerardo Morales.\u00a0<\/strong>Posteriormente, el 24 de abril del a\u00f1o siguiente el Gobernador le pidi\u00f3 la renuncia a Garc\u00eda Goyena para designar en el puesto a Cecilia Salto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"Una triste noticia para todos los correligionarios, lamento profundamente el fallecimiento de Ra\u00fal Garc\u00eda Goyena.
